How confident are you that you will see the same or better results in humans than in your porcine in vivo results?

The antibodies used in Genous are specific for human cells. Their relative cross-reactivity with porcine cells allowed OrbusNeich to study and develop this technology in the porcine coronary artery models. However, binding affinity of the antibody to porcine cells is about 65% as efficient as it will be in humans. So yes we do indeed anticipate a even quicker and more complete healing response in humans.
