Procedural Steps

1. A standard guidewire crosses the target lesion. |  |
2. SafeCut crosses the target lesion and is positioned for dual wire dilatation. |

3. SafeCut is initially dilated to 2 atm and then a 2-3 seconds pause is recommended before each subsequent 2 atm inflation. |  |
4. After withdrawal of the SafeCut catheter, an effective result is achieved. |
